Barefit Maumelle 5K

On April 30, Bare Fit Personal Training hosted a 5K walk/run. The weather was perfect. I had the opportunity to get my weekend run while visiting with residents of Maumelle. The group warm up was a fun addition that really made this 5K stand apart from the others. A photo with Gunther from Mosquito Hunters of Arkansas was necessary after finding out I made 6th place!
